Box Office

Located at 118 Hovell St, our Box Office is open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

On the night of a performance, the Box Office opens 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance.

If you have any questions or would like to purchase a ticket over the phone, contact the Box Office on (02) 6022 9311.

The team are happy to assist by providing information about shows, booking your seats and arranging gift vouchers.

How to collect your tickets

If you have purchased a ticket, you can collect your ticket in the following ways.

Purchase an e-ticket and have the ticket emailed to your phone.

Over the counter at the Box Office between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

You can request tickets to be posted if you purchase at least 10 working days before the event. A small postage fee will apply.

On the night of a performance, tickets can be collected from the Box Office, which opens 45 minutes before the performance.

How to book a wheelchair ticket

Currently, any tickets in the wheelchair area need to be booked via the Box Office by calling 02 6022 9311 between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday, or emailing cubeboxoffice@wodonga.vic.gov.au.

We are working on expanding booking capability and will hopefully have an update soon.

How to book companion card ticket

If you have previously provided your companion card details and expiry, our staff will have noted this on your member account and you will have access to the $0 companion card ticket type.

If you have not previously provided these details, you will need to contact the Box Office by calling 02 6022 9311 between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday, or emailing cubeboxoffice@wodonga.vic.gov.au

Who is eligible for concession price tickets

The Cube Wodonga's ticketing policy includes the following listed items as proof of concession entitlement:

  • Health Care Card
  • Seniors Card, Pension Card
  • Veterans Card
  • Full Time Student
How to access reciprocal ticket prices for the Albury Entertainment Centre and Hot House Theatre as a member

When making your first booking with The Cube Wodonga, please provide your Albury Entertainment Centre or Hot House Theatre member details to our staff, in person or via email. 

Once your membership has been approved, you will have access to AEC and HHT member ticket prices online. 

Please note that this process will need to be repeated when your membership is renewed and a new expiry date provided.

How to renew a membership

You can renew your membership through our online members section. Visit "How to log in to member account online" below for accessing your account. Once you have logged in, navigate to "Membership" on the left hand menu. If you are within your renewal period, a "Renew Now" button will display, which will prompt you to add a membership to your cart.

Free member tickets

Any shows displaying the "Use your free tickets" icon in the Cube season brochure, posters and website are eligible for you to redeem your free tickets.

How to book your free member tickets

You can redeem your tickets online by logging into your member profile and clicking on "My Benefits" followed by "Redeem Now".

You will be redirected to a list of eligible shows, where you simply choose your tickets and check out for $0.

Please note: the system currently cannot process your free tickets as well as additional paid tickets in the same transaction. Please process your free tickets and commence a new transaction for additional tickets. ,

How to view member prices

All Cube Season shows, as well as some hirers, offer a member price. This will be indicated on the show information webpage, as well as when selecting tickets. You will be able to see the ticket type as an option before you log into your account, but will only be able to choose it once you have logged in.

How to log in to member account online

From the sales page, you can select the profile icon in the top right hand corner, or you can just log into your profile here.

How to book and pay for reserved tickets

One of the perks of being a Cube member is the ability to reserve your tickets in advance and pay closer to the date.

Reservations currently need to be made via the Box Office by calling 02 6022 9311 between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday, or emailing cubeboxoffice@wodonga.vic.gov.au. Once you have made the reservation, this can converted to a paid booking by logging into your member account and selecting "Reservations/Unpaid" from the menu.
